Halloween Party
- When: Tuesday, October 31st
- Time: 4 . 6pm
- RSVP: Will be to the BESA email account . Sunny will take care of RSVPs Deadline will be by end of week (Friday? Sunday?)
- Gower will make fliers and take care of distributing them to other
- Gower will also get the gift cards to give to the winners (3, $20 gift cards)
- Sunny is in charge of organizing the costume judging
Other BESA Lunches
- Grad/Undergrad Dinner Sunny will recruit 5/6 grad students for the dinner Dinner will be in GBSF BMES will pick date of dinner (first/second week of November)
- Prelim Q&A Lunch Friday, November 17th Laura, Cater and Gower will help to organize/answer questions Students only Sunny will take care of getting the food
GSA Representatives
- Three GSA representatives were elected: Ara Kenny Brian
- They will take care of the paperwork and turn them in at the first meeting
